Hosted, Never Serviced
Anticipation over procedure. A team that knows your name, your habits and when to disappear.
07 — The House of Malik
Malik began as one family’s way of hosting — and became a house devoted to a single belief: that luxury is being known.
Our Story Began at a dinner table
The first Malik residence was never meant to be a business. It was a family house on the coast where every guest left insisting the world should be hosted this way — quietly anticipated, beautifully fed, never performed. When the doors opened beyond the family, one rule travelled with them: no guest should ever feel like one.
Today Malik is a small atelier of architects, hosts, chefs and gardeners who build each residence as if it were our own — then staff it around the clock. Ten private homes now stand across the coast, the lake and the sky, and not one of them shares a floor plan.
What we hold to The Malik Standard
Everything else — marble, menus, motorcades — is merely the means of keeping them.
Anticipation over procedure. A team that knows your name, your habits and when to disappear.
No floor plan is repeated. Stone, art and gardens are chosen for the light of that exact address.
Privacy is engineered in — private roads, staff passages, soundproofed rooms — so the house stays yours.
The Road From family table to estate
The family coastal house opens its kitchen to travelling friends. A chef, a host, one very long table.
Two neighbouring villas join the family, staffed by the same team. Guests begin staying for weeks.
Malik acquires the private peninsula grounds — spa, cinema, cellar and cove become part of the house.
The Coastal Collection completes: ten one-of-one homes across cliff, coast, sky, garden and lake.
Short stays open to guests beyond the circle — the next chapter begins at your check-in.
